Does an audit mean replacing the platform?

No. Often it is enough to adjust the set-up, content structure or administration. I only recommend a replacement if I find good reasons for it.

How much of my team's time will it take?

I try to keep it to a minimum: a kick-off meeting, system access and a few short consultations. We agree the scope in advance.

Are you tied to a particular vendor?

No. I do not sell any LMS, so my recommendations are not influenced by licence sales.
